Happy New Year for 2011 – suggestions

This is a reminder to take responsibility for your choices and decisions. When you blame other people for what is happening to you or has happened to you, you stay stuck.

Surrender each situation to the universe and ask that whatever situation is best for you to be presented to you. The secret after that is to trust and have faith it will be delivered. It is not always delivered in the way we want and we soon find out it is a gift.

Life is limitless and the only limits we have are those we set for ourselves.

Mind chatter is only memories and these can be erased.

You can say things like, “I release the need to……………..”.

When you are thinking limited beliefs, judgment of yourself and others, negative thoughts you can continue to say “I love you” and/or “I approve of myself”.

Instead of concentrating on what you do not have, gratitude will shift you into a positive frame of mind.

As soon as you wake up say to everything you have, thank you. Eg. Thank you bed for the lovely night’s sleep and go on to thank your electricity etc. It is best  to do this first thing in the morning and before you go to sleep at night.

The two words,” Thank you” and “I Love You” will clean old stuck memories and make way for positive things to come into your life.

Two fantastic books I have just read are “Zero Limits” by Joe Vitale and “My Stroke of Insight” by Jill Bolte Taylor, Ph.D
